Shippings
- Orders ship Monday-Friday
- Some items may ship separately
- Ship worldwide
- Some times may ship from UK, Latvia or USA
- Standard Shippings (not tracked, 2-4 weeks after processing. Please note, in this case we are not responsible for items lost in the mail)
- Tracked Shippings (1-2 weeks after processing)
- Expedited Shippings (2-5 business days after processing)
- Shipping to Mexico: courier option only. Due to the high volume of lost/stolen parcels, we removed Mexico from the list of 'safe countries'
- Processing times: in-stock order normally ship within 1-2 business days
- Peak/Holiday time: 2 to 6 business days to process order
- We use Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, USPS and TNT services
- Delays can occur in transit. The ship times given are estimates and not guaranteed
- If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address
- Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing
- Usually we cannot ship to PO Boxes
- We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses.
- Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order
- We are not able to mark orders as gifts
- We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees
- We cannot estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office
- Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed
- Once a parcel has been dispatched we are unable to rectify any mistakes in your delivery address
Returns
What items are returnable?
- Within 7 days of receipt
- Unworn, unaltered, unwashed with all tags attached and in a re-saleable condition
- In original condition and in the original packaging
- In order to avoid to charge our dear and trusted costumers with custom charges, please use your local office to return the item and mark it as return and no NCV (No Commercial Value) on the customs declaration
- Please contact us prior begin a return and follow our instructions
Are there any charges for return?
- There is no charges for return
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest to use a tracked service. If your parcel lost in transit, we won't able to refund you
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
What items are non-refundable or non-returnable?
- Free gifts, promotional items and those items listed as non-returnable
- Costumes delivered five days before October 30th (of each year)
